ExpertBee
http://expertbee.com/
On ExpertBee.com, one simply posts a question and names the maximum
price that they would pay for the answer. Experts bid to answer the
question. The Inquirer can choose their Expert based on the Expert’s
profile, past feedback and ratings, and price at which they will
answer. Most questions receive multiple bids fairly quickly. The
Inquirer can choose their Expert at anytime, and if there is no bidding
Experts that they like, are under no obligation to choose one.

Wondir
http://www.wondir.com/wondir/jsp/index.jsp (209.251.35.230)
A general
Question and Answer website. Questions are free and are open to
everyone of all ages. When this was written it was operating at an
extremely brisk pace, 3,000+ questions per day, with many questions
going unanswered. Had the feel of a "fast food" version of a Q&A
website. Lots of questions obviously from teens. A technical bug, likely
the "ticker tape" was causing Wondir to NOT close the ports it uses
when you exit. 8/04 [reviews]
Google Answers

expected, answers are usually via links on the net with some banter
added. The "experts" are screened and "hired" by google rather than ad
hoc responders. Anyone may comment IF they can figure out how to join
and sign in... It wasn't nice to this editor. 8/04 [reviews]
